Reservation policies are below.
Please complete and send the information below or call SPACE at 7 Maple at 207-865-6580. If you send the form below, you will be called to complete your reservation with a valid credit card.
Policies.
Reservations: A valid credit card is required to reserve a room. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. One night's deposit is charged to the credit card at the time of reservation. The room-rate is for double or single occupancy. An additional $25 surcharge per night per guest applies to more than two guests. A lodging tax of 7% is added to the total room charge. Rates are subject to change without notice and may be higher on weekends, holidays, or special events. Check-in: 3:00-7:00 p.m. unless alternative arrangements are made in advance. Check out: 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid cancellation charges, less a $25 cancellation fee, please cancel 21 days before the first date of your reservation. A full refund of your deposit, less $25, will be made. Cancellations made 14 days before the first date of your reservation will receive a 50% refund minus a $25 processing fee. Regrettably, reservations cancelled 7 days before your arrival will not be refunded. No-shows are responsible for the full charges for their entire reservation.
Additional Information:
SPACE at 7 Maple is home to a cat and a dog. We keep guest rooms closed when not occupied, and the pets are generally kept in the owner's quarters. However, they do occasionally escape and explore the home.
No Smoking on the premises.
