Creating the Home
SPACE at 7 Maple is being created in a renovated, 3 story Greek Revival/Italianate stlye home, that is approximately 160 years old.
SPACE is a unique mix of beautiful, antique moldings and new, modern accents. For instance, the kitchen boasts an 1840's cast-iron stove with copper basin; however, your culinary delights are prepared on a stainless-steel, gas stove.
During renovations, a mural of Bustin's Island, a local landmark, was painted above one of the antique fireplaces. The covered porch is draped in flowing sailcloth reminisent of the ships' captains that lived in the area. Rest in one of the rocking chairs, and you may feel like you are at sea.
